Q: Really, dollar for dollar, what is the best football scouting software.

A: Unlike our competitors, we have lead Coaches to other software applications because of their needs. That is the key. What is your need? What do you want in a football scouting software? Bells and Whistles? Or, just down and dirty plug and play software that gets the job done. The layout is VERY important. The reports are VERY important. Software limitations are VERY important. And, in my opinion, PRICE is very important. What type of company are they? Would I purchase a football scouting software from Bill Gates...NO, he is not a Football Coach. I would also investigate the company that is selling the product. Who are they, where do they come from, and so on. I'm not going to give you a name of an application, but a guideline to go by, and I believe with all my heart that if you honestly look into this, you will come back to our website and purchase BlisScout.

As a side note to this answer. I was looking for a forum to participate in, so that I could help Coaches, and I found one. A Coach asked this same question, and I gave him several software names...to include BlisScout. The moderator of that forum just happens to be someone who was affiliated with a piece of software that I did not mention. That person quickly deleted my comment within a few days, and then posted up a comment of his own that stated that future comments like mine will be deleted. When other Coaches asked the same question again, I noticed that the moderator only allowed comments that were positive about his product. That is a scam, and a shame. When you come across websites like this, avoid them. They are not looking out for you, but for themselves. I attempted to contact the owner of the website, but the person never returned my emails...and there were no phone numbers for me to call. What is sad is that this forum is well-known. Hopefully one day a new forum will be developed that will NOT take advantage of my Coaching Family.

Q: Other football scouting software boasts that they will make you a Champion..will BlisScout?

A: Are you looking to be a Champion? No football scouting software will do this on its own. BlisScout will help you win the big one by giving you an edge over a team. If you can get into the head of your opponent, then you will stand a better chance of winning that big one. However, no one software can claim to lead you to a winning record...you must have a supporting staff to build a talented football team. We do have Coaches that have turned around their football teams to be winning teams. But, it wasn't BlisScout alone that did it...it was HARD work by all Coaches and the sweat, blood and tears of each player!

Q: What makes your product better than other football scouting software.

A: MMB Sports does not make this claim on its own. Those that use our product have used other products, and THEY have given us this top honor. Let me be frank. Any statistical application will provide you the same output that BlisScout provides--unless that application has syntax errors within its programming. The other software spit out the same data that BlisScout puts out. The difference is how that data is inputted and displayed. BlisScout was designed by Coaches for Coaches...most of our competitors layout conforms to a layout that is not Coach Friendly. The reason why Coaches world-wide have praised our product is because it is truly an easy to use application that provides easy to understand reports. A: Yes. If you send us a customer, and that person purchases a copy of BlisScout, you will receive $5.00. You can also join our network members and receive 25% commission.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS

Q: When I attempt to print, I receive this error: "Permission Denied".

A: You are either running Windows XP or a version of NT that does not support a new feature in Visual Basic. We have a new version of BlisScout. Go to our download page and download the FREE upgrade.

Q: Is BlisScout an Offensive Stats Tracker or Defensive?

A: BlisScout-O is an Offensive Stats Tracker. BlisScout-D is a Defensive Stats Tracker.

Q: Is BlisScout only for American Football?

A: No. As long as the field is 100 yards, you can use BlisScout. It can be used Internationally. As a matter of fact, currently, BlisScout is sold in 4 other Countries.

Q: How many computers can I install BlisScout on?

A: You may install BlisScout on multiple computers at your school, so long as the original CD or Registration Key is located in the area. Because the reports can be viewed on any web browser, BlisScout is NOT required to be installed on a PC in order to view the reports...this feature provides a Coaching staff the opportunity to email the reports to their home and prepare a winning game plan without installing BlisScout.

Q: Is BlisScout a Network Application?

A: Yes. Our Technical Support Team can assist you if you like for it to be networked.

Q: I noticed that I can view the reports using my standard web browser. Can I share my reports with other Coaches? And, can they view them without BlisScout?

A: Yes, please share your reports. The reports can be viewed with any standard web browser (i.e., IE and Netscape). BlisScout is not needed to view the reports...only to generate them. BlisScout was the first and only Scouting Application to offer web technology for generating reports. Can you imagine the time saved by providing this Patented Technology!

Q: Are upgrades free?

A: Yes.

Q: Is there a limit to the amount of teams I can input?

A: There is no limitation for BlisScout, only your harddrive capacity will stop you. Meaning, you can develop as many teams as you can according to your PC. We recommend you keep an archive of all your teams. The naming convention we recommend is as follows (BlueDevils00, BlueDevils01, Bluedevils02). The first one (BlueDevils00) is for the year 2000. The second one (BlueDevils01) is for the year 2001...and so on.

Q: Is BlisScout a PLAYBOOK?

A: No. If we get enough request, we will implement a playbook into BlisScout 4.0.

Q: What versions of Windows will BlisScout run on?

A: Win95 and Higher
